Our "Introduction" Visit:
Initial In-home consultation. This visit is free, and will last approximately 30 minutes. During this visit we will get the chance to meet you & your pet(s).
We will also record important information to our files regarding your pet(s) care.
Here is a list of things we require you have present for us at this meeting.
- All vaccinations for your pet(s). Dogs must be current & up to date on rabies/distemper.
- (2) sets of working keys.
- Phone numbers of any emergency contacts along with your travel information (flight & hotel numbers).
- Payment for your services are to made in advance, please have a check or cash available.
Here's a list of the services we currently offer:
Daily Dog Walks/20 minute Visit.
Long work hours or lengthy appointments can mean a long day for your pooch as well..
Your dog will get the much needed benefit of exercise, fresh air, and a potty break, but they will also reap the benefits of socializing each day w/their walkers. Basic obedience is encouraged. We will freshen water bowls,hand out treats & leave you a daily note describing our canine adventures! Remember, a tired dog is a happy, healthy and well behaved dog! Also the benefits of a regular walking routine happily carries our beloved dogs well into their golden years.
Puppy Checks/20 minute Visit.
Got a puppy, or are you reluctant to get one because of your schedule? We can offer multiple daily visits to your puppy while you are at work or school. We will take your puppy out for a walk, provide fresh food & water, have playtime, and of course, clean up any "accidents" or pick-up anything they may have chewed up during your absence.We will encourage basic obedience w/your puppy, as well as leave you a daily note describing our puppy adventures!! Puppy checks last approximately 20 minutes.
Pet Sitting For Dogs/30 minute Visit.
We will visit with your pooches as many times per day as you desire. We will give lots of love, hugs and playtime, clean food bowls & feeding areas, provide fresh food & water, walk and/or exercise if needed (please provide us w/poop baggies), clean up any accidents, administer medication (if necessary), and we will always leave a written report after every visit.
During our pet sitting visits, we also provide a home security check, this involves the collection of mail, newspapers, and packages, watering of up to (5) indoor plants, turning lights/TV/radio on & off, and adjusting your draperies & blinds to maintain an occupied appearance of your home. Although these visits can last 30 minutes, they may be extended for an additional fee.
Pet Sitting For Cats/ 30 minutes
We feel proud to call ourselves "cat people" and we take great pride in knowing that the service we can provide for your favorite "purr-balls" allows them to remain in their own homes with the familiar sights, smells and sounds that they know, along w/their favorite napping spots that they seek out. Cats are especially sensitive to being taken out of their environment and having their routines disturbed.
We can attest that they are not the cold, aloof creatures they have the reputation as being. Cats are very independently minded, but are very dependent on us to give them a sense of security and well being. Even "hidey cats" are accustomed to human contact and when left alone for many hours, they can become depressed and stop eating which can become a serious problem very quickly. A cat left on it's own for too long can also become bored and get into a lot of trouble or simply overeat.
Here's what we can provide for your feline "kidz" during our visits:
- Clean all food & water bowls.
- Provide fresh food & water.
- Scoop & clean immediate areas around litter boxes.
- Lots of play w/favorite toys and cat nip!! (Meeeooow-zaa)!!!!
- Brushing & light grooming.
Our kitty care visits can be extended for an additional fee (for those spoiled & pampered felines).
